Total Productivity Solutions has experience in the implementation of Windows SharePoint Services V2.0 and V3.0, SharePoint Portal 2003 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007. The implementation of these sites can vary from standard out-of-the-box configurations to highly customized sites using sophisticated webparts and custom graphics.

Total Productivity Solutions also has experience with implementing integrated InfoPath solutions with SharePoint lists; custom webpart creation; customizing the functionality of out of the box lists; implementing and customizing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Accelerator; and creating custom webservices to access SharePoint data.

Some of the custom webparts and Sharepoint based applications Total Productivity Solutions has developed are listed below:

Sharepoint based Document Approval System - this application provides a corporation with an approval system for documents. The system allows users to dynamically create the approval process that that document will go through when they are submitting the document. The system also maintains a complete audit trail of what approvals have occurred on each document and integrates with the collaboration features that Sharepoint provides. If you would like to request login information to demo the application please Click Here.

TreeView Navigation Webpart - this webpart creates an expandable treeview navigation for a Sharepoint 2003 or WSS V2.0 site. The TreeView Navigation webpart displays the lists and document libraries that are selected to be on the Quick Launch bar for each site displayed in the navigation tree. The navigation tree will diplay the subsites that the current logged in user has access to. A demo of the webpart can be found on the mainpage of the WSS Live Demo site here:

RSS Feed Generation Webpart - this webpart creates an RSS Feed for each list or document libraries in a Sharepoint 2003 or WSS V2.0 site. The webpart can be easily configured to generate a feed for specific lists or document libraries on a site. The RSS Feed can be viewed from the site or subscribed to from an RSS Viewer application. The RSS Feeds will be updated when items in the list that are syndicated are updated or have items added. A demo of the webpart can be found on the mainpage of the WSS Live Demo site here:
